About Me

Bridging technical depth, organizational dynamics, and systems thinking.

I currently work in R&D Project, Process, and Portfolio Management at Luminous Power Technologies in Gurugram, steering programs across inverters and energy storage technologies. My background is rooted in mechanical engineering and hands-on mobility ecosystems, which shaped how I approach complex technical programs: not just as Gantt charts, but as living engineering systems.

That engineering phase was spent mostly building: eight college projects, from a hand-built mechanical press to the chassis of my college's first Formula Student car, where I was head designer for a 20-person team. It left me with a habit I still rely on: work with what's available, test early, and iterate until it holds.

Over the past several years, I have focused on enterprise platform turnarounds (PLM, ERP, Jira), scaling delivery practices across 200+ engineers, and establishing governance that protects velocity without sacrificing quality.

Beyond the day-to-day

My work as a program manager is informed by two other lifelong pursuits that test similar principles of discipline, feedback loops, and resource allocation.
